Hi, I have been on this site for over 1 year and although I havent found a mate I have met some very nice men for which I initiated contact. I will admit this is definetaly not traditional dating, but then again this is 2006. Hang in there and dont settle for less. The right man will come along. I think you should post a picture. You will get a lot more responses this way.

I'm in the same boat with you. I was here over a year ago. Then I discontinued and just got back again yesterday. I met some and got ripped off one time by one who I thought was really in need. Good that there is scam reports on this site.
Sometimes, the more you look for it, the more it seems to be really hard to find. So I don't look for it now. If he comes, I'll welcome him and cherish.

Dear can I do this?
I have been on this site over one year. I have had very few inquiries on my profile. The few men I have conversed with, I have been the one to initiate communication. It can be very disappointing, I know. I have had to take these matters to the Lord, and although I have yet to find a man to inspire me as a mate, I have met some really nice people and have learned and chatted with many interesting people. I would also recommend the chat room. There are some really interesting topics and people are always very open to share their thought and feelings with you.

I am 49 and have only been on for about a month and had about the same response. Remember that everything is in God's time not ours. I have some requirements that might put some men off but past experiences have lead me to make them. If I have to wait 6 months or longer it will be worth the wait if Mr Right comes into my life. If you haven't tried the chat room I would recommend it. It can be a little crazy at times but there are some wonderful people to talk with and learn about. Who knows, if they learn enough about me maybe my name will get mentioned to somebody they know. Have Faith that God will bring you the right person. May God Bless you always.
