Being a caregiver is the hardest job. You did well in reaching out-. You do what you have to do. But you need a lot of care. Rest, exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, trust the good Lord. It helps if you have someone to love you. I pray you finish the race.

I thought at age 55 my life would be somewhat different than what I am facing today..
Being a single parent was a challenge but with the grace of God and his help I did it..Being a caregiver now to that child as well as my 87 yr old mother is now a bigger challenge..Even though I am busy ,I feel alone..Very discouraged and feeling a heavy burden.
I know many others are dealing with the same ..Hopefully not alone as I am..
I am not sure how we do it each day..Prayers ...Faith in God and ourselves ...
