Nannette and Larry,

I am writing to share with you the blessing that I received from your singles website.

When I joined a year and a half ago for three months, I was interested in meeting a special friend. After enrolling, most of my friends teased me about internet dating and they expressed the negatives about it.

But, I continued to check and respond to my contacts. I received e-mails and even became very good friends with two of my contacts. But, the everlasting relationship didn't happen. So for a few months I did not rejoin Shining Star.

Out of curiosity, I signed up for a trial membership October 2001. Just three months ago. And the everlasting blessing happened.

I received an e-mail from my special friend and now we are planning to get married. I prayed for the Lord to send me my companion. I have been divorced for 5 years and I wanted that "one" in my life. It Happened through Shining Star. We met even though we live 200 miles apart, through Shining Star.

I believe that we met even though the impossibility would of kept us from finding each other. What a testimony that All is possible through Jesus Christ our Lord!!

What a blessing for the two of you to have a quality Christian singles website.
